Joelle is Senior Privacy and Cybersecurity counsel at AppLovin, an adtech company in the mobile gaming space. Kelly is a Partner in Bilzin Sumberg’s Construction Group and she is a member of the firm’s Data Security & Privacy Team. Her cybersecurity practice focuses on counseling clients on safeguarding their data and private information by drafting and implementing policies for data security and strengthening internal controls, and on assisting clients with data breach prevention and response.

Brigid Cech Samole is an attorney at Greenberg Traurig where she is the Chair of the Miami Appellate Practice, Co-Chair of the Miami Litigation Practice, and a member of the Firm’s National Appellate Practice. Nikki Weisburd is an attorney at the Child Advocacy Project, at Dade Legal Aid, in partnership with the Guardian ad Litem Program. Tina van der Ven is the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at NewStar Media. Tina is currently the co-chair of the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.

Sarah is a member of All Before Dinner and career and life coach for parents. She’s also a mom of two kids under 5 years old who “gets it.” After a career in corporate HR, Sarah shifted to coaching to focus wholly on helping individuals, parents and their families thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Lindsay is a member of All Before Dinner and a Shareholder in the Marital & Family Law Department of Miami law firm, Stearns Weaver Miller, where she specializes in handling complex cases for high-net-worth individuals and business owners. Lindsay has served on various committees and has held numerous positions within the state and local bar associations.

Coco is the Owner and Principal Designer at Coco Interior Design where she specializes in space planning and creating innovative solutions for her clients’ homes.
Coco began her career in marketing and public relations, as the Marketing Director for Fortune International, a luxury real estate development firm based in Miami. During her time at Fortune, she found that she enjoyed collaborating with the Interior Design and Architecture teams, and she quickly shifted her career focus to interior design. In 2009 she opened her own interior design firm.

Amy Small is a psychotherapist in private practice in North Miami. She has been a practicing therapist for the past 14 years. Her work as a clinician at Jewish Community Services, school social worker for several Jewish day schools, facilitator for first time parents for the “Shalom Baby” program and extensive work with Holocaust survivors all inform her work today. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, parenting, stress management and family/relationship conflict.
