About Us
Mara Geronemus
Mara Geronemus is a corporate attorney and co-founder of All Before Dinner. She serves as outside general counsel to assist clients with the many legal questions that arise in the course of daily business operations. Her practice is focused on commercial contracts and business transactions. After leaving big law, Mara found herself looking for networking opportunities that worked with her busy schedule. In 2019, she and Lisa joined forces to create All Before Dinner – a networking group for women. All Before Dinner provides networking opportunities that are fun and convenient for busy women who want to prioritize marketing and business development.
In her free time, Mara enjoys being involved in her community. She is a vice chair of the board of the Miami Beach JCC, and a past chair of the Board of Lehrman Community Day School. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and her B.A. from Duke University. Mara lives on Miami Beach, and she loves reading, cooking, and going to the beach.
Lisa Jerles
Lisa Jerles is a commercial litigator and co-founder of All Before Dinner. In her litigation practice, Lisa focuses on complex business disputes and litigation strategy at a boutique law firm - Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L. in Miami, Florida. In November 2019, Lisa and Mara Geronemus, a corporate and transactional attorney, co-founded All Before Dinner in response to their frustration with traditional networking models. All Before Dinner was born out of a desire to provide personal and professional development opportunities and a robust network of working mothers committed to referring business to other women.
A Miami native, Lisa is very active in her community. She is currently the president of Hillel at Florida International University and serves on the boards of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and NCJW Miami. In her free time, Lisa enjoys cooking, cycling and spending time with family and friends.
