Lindsay Gunia:

Lindsay specializes in handling complex cases for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.  Lindsay is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator and is trained in Collaborative Family Law.  Lindsay began her professional career in the financial services industry obtaining her series 7 and 63 licenses.

 

Rachel Samek:

Rachel has exclusively practiced family and marital law in South Florida since 2007.  Rachel exclusively focuses her practice on family law matters and works to resolve family issues outside of court and through a negotiated, mediated, cooperative and/or collaborative approach.  Ms. Samek is an Accredited Collaborative Professional and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator.
