Amy Brown, Tina Caballero, Amanda Greenspon, Kelly Melchiondo and Becky Randel lead us through this panel discussion.

Amy is our moderator and is a business litigation attorney. She is a self-proclaimed inquisitive person and life-long learner and loves meeting people and hearing about their unique life experiences. She has served as an announcer or master of ceremonies for talent shows and various events since her school years when she was trying to tame her natural 80s rock band hair.  In recent years she steers her high energy toward business clients who need a problem solver.

Tina is a strategic communicator with nearly 30 years of international public relations and corporate communications experience across consumer lifestyle brands, technology, and travel. Today, she’s the VP of Public Relations for RockOrange, a Miami-based Integrated Marketing and Communications agency and works with national clients across lifestyle, health, travel and food service industries for the general and U.S. Hispanic markets.  Prior to RockOrange, Tine held senior roles in large corporations including Royal Caribbean and Apple where she led the PR team and strategies for the Latin America and US Hispanic markets. 

Born in New York and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, she currently lives in Miami Shores, FL with her husband, two sons and their dog.  Tina holds a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations and Latin American Studies from Florida International University.

Amanda is an intellectual property attorney and the Managing Partner of the South Florida Office of the law firm Munck Wilson Mandala. Amanda advises companies on trademarks and copyrights, and her practice includes branding and licensing as well as prosecution and enforcement. Amanda is a proud Seven Sisters graduate from Bryn Mawr College, and received her law degree from Cardozo Law School

Kelly is a Partner at the law office of Bilzin Sumberg in their Data Privacy and Construction Law groups. She has over 18 years of experience with complex construction litigation. In her data privacy practice, she regularly counsels clients on data security, internal controls and data breach prevention and response. She has served on several brainstorming teams for the Sedona Conference, the premiere international research group focused on data security and electronic discovery. 

Becky is an experienced copywriter, content creator, branding expert, journalist and storyteller whose editorial pieces have received millions of hits internationally. Currently, she is a Senior Advertising Copywriter at Norwegian Cruise Line’s in-house creative agency, Rebel Fish. She is also a part-time digital content creator for The City of Miami’s website, Miami.Gov. In this role, she transforms dense government processes and documents into clear, digestible content that serves as a “digital city hall”. Becky has been a magazine and website journalist for over 20 years. She is the Miami writer/reporter for PEOPLE Magazine/PEOPLE.com and has contributed to additional publications like W Magazine, Women’s Health, Yahoo, Entertainment Weekly and more.
